New rebates for 3+ story Multi-family residential buildings have recently been introduced. These rebates include many different items, windows and doors being among them. New windows must meet a 1.53 U-factor meaning that double pane, sliding vinyl windows are eligible. The rebate covers $30/square foot of window/door area.
